A Junior Firefighter’s Birthday Party at the Museum of Fire is the perfect, affordable and enjoyable option starting from just $13.00 per person. A firefighter party is easy to put together, and suitable for all ages.
Birthday party packages
Starting from just $13 per person the Museum has several birthday party packages to accommodate your party needs. Once you have selected your preferred package, or if you have any questions, please call (02) 4731 3000 to confirm your details and availability.
The Museum of Fire and grounds are private property. Families are welcome to come and enjoy a picnic lunch as part of their visit however the use of BBQs, marquees and shade shelters are strictly prohibited unless pre-approval has been provided by Museum senior management in writing. Please see end of document for additional conditions.
A deposit MUST be paid in order to secure Fire Engine Rides.
By booking a birthday package you are helping the Museum to ensure that the visit of others is not interfered with and that your party can occur in a relaxed, stress-free manner.

$195 non-refundable deposit to be paid at time of booking.

Use of allocated space for private party function with capacity for the hire of food stalls (organised by either the Museum or party organiser at own expense)
Pre-approval for use of tents/marquees within the designated space

$14 per person
Up to 50 people
$420 non-refundable deposit to be paid at time of booking.

$17 per person
Up to 80 people
$850 non-refundable deposit to be paid at time of booking.

All the inclusions of Gold Plan Plus:
Use of entertainment (all items must be approved by MOF management ahead of the party and at organisers own expense).
Silver Birthday Package PLUS
$13* per person
Up to 50 people
$420 non-refundable deposit to be paid at time of booking.
Balance to be paid in the shop on the party day.
What's Included
All the inclusions of Silver Plan PLUS:
Possibility for the use of entertainment and/or food stalls (all items must be approved by MOF management and insurances received ahead of the party and be arranged by the party organiser).
Any additions MUST fit within the pre-approved birthday space.

Where catering is arranged this is at the expense of the party organiser. Insurances must be received by the Museum before approval will be provided for the vendor to be on site.

BBQs cannot be operated unless the individual is covered by their own public liability.

The cost of all packages (except for the function plan) includes waste disposal and use of onsite facilities, unless otherwise specified.
