Group Visits and Tours

The Museum of Fire invites you to step back in time and immerse yourself into the fascinating world of fire and firefighting. Home to Australia’s largest collection of Fire Brigade vehicles and a vast display of objects, equipment, memorabilia and educational displays, a visit to the Museum is suitable for men and women, young and old.

Our experienced volunteer guides are both serving and retired firefighters, so they have a wealth of knowledge about the Museum’s collection and will help you get the most from your visit.

  • Prepare to be challenged to think about your own fire safety plans, and learn some new tips on how to improve fire safety in your home

  • Gain insights into how certain aspects of firefighting may have changed over the years, but how the core elements of firefighting remain the same

  • Experience something that may save your life, or that of your family!

Please see our flyer for information to help you in promoting your upcoming visit to the Museum of Fire.
